Finland
camps
for asulym seekers, refugees and immigrants
Camps
2016 will be organised between 29.7. to 13.8. We welcome people of all ages and nationalities. You are welcome as a part of a group or even by yourself! The main languages of the Finland camp 2016 are English, Farsi and Arabic. Please be in contact!
What
is a camp?
Camp
means going to the nature. Camp is a journey, an adventure. Camp is
people.
Life
in a camp is simple. We live in the middle of Finnish nature for a
whole week. We eat simple food. We spend a lot of time together.
There is also lot of place if you want to be by yourself.
Sports
(football etc), sauna and swimming are something we do every day. In
the evening we may make a fire and barbeque. We spend time together
and study and discuss interesting topics.
Camp
is a possibility to meet new friends and learn new things.
We hope you return from the camp healthy and refreshed, with new
friends and ideas!
Finland
camp 2016
In
the Finland Camp we also earn about Finland and Finnish culture. When
we learn to know each other, we also understand each other better.
Summer
in Finland is short. We will not sit in a classroom much. In Finland
camp, we talk and play and learn while we do. The programme
includes sports and outdoor activities, discussions in smaller
groups, some lectures, games, sauna and swimming...
We
organize a few visits
to local attractions as well as football games with Finns. There
is room for your questions and your initiatives. What would you like
to do with us?
Bible
has been an important book for Finland. It's message can give you
hope, freedom from fear and power for your life.
Maybe
you will get negative decision - or maybe positive... Anyway, that is
not the final answer to all your challenges. One thing is sure: life
will continue, and tomorrow is a new day! And you decide what you
will do. Your decisions will determine YOUR life. So, join us in the
Finland camp!
